Trouble Shooting Guide

No Power or LED Indicator

Check power connection, ensure switch is on, reset shutoff, or call for repair.

Improper Binding and Loose Pages

Achieving Good Binding

Use enough heat/time for adhesive to wick into paper for a strong bind.

Spine Size and Page Count

Match spine size to paper stack width; underfilling is better than overfilling.

Binding Thick Documents

For thicker items, repeat the cycle or extend time slightly for better adhesion.

Coated Papers and Waviness

Use sandpaper on paper edges for better adhesion on coated papers or to prevent waviness.
