  If pellets aren't dropping into the burner, several issues could be the cause. First, check if the pellet tank is empty and fill it up if needed. Also, inspect the feeder screw at the bottom of the tank for any foreign objects like nails, nylon, or pieces of wood and remove them. Ensure the smoke exhaust is free from obstructions and not dirty or clogged. If a grill or unsuitable terminal is blocking the smoke passage, replace it with a more appropriate one. Finally, if a sudden gust of wind has triggered the safety mode, switch the appliance off and then back on.

  Several reasons may cause your THERMOROSSI Heating System to smoke. If it's the first time you're switching it on, it could be the silicone paint baking; run the appliance at full power for 10 hours to complete this process. Ensure the smoke exhaust is correctly sealed with gaskets on the pipes. If smoking starts after 25 minutes, the burner might be dirty, so clean it. Alternatively, the screw feeder could be empty, so fill up the tank.
