What to do if my ThermoTek Medical Equipment shows a 'Low coolant level' alarm?

If your ThermoTek Medical Equipment unit displays a 'Low coolant level' alarm, it means the coolant reservoir is low. This check is performed continuously, and treatment stops when the alarm is active. To resolve this: First, press the Accept key to clear the alarm. Then, open the reservoir cap and check the coolant level. If needed, add fluid to the base of the neck using the provided coolant bottle, and close the cap securely. From the start screen, press Start to resume therapy. If the problem continues, it's best to contact customer service.
