What to do if my Thermowell Marine Equipment unit shuts down shortly after activation?
    • A
      Alexis Simpson MDAug 5, 2025
If your unit shuts down soon after starting, it could be due to one of the safety devices tripping. In this case, you should check the safety devices. Another possible cause is low voltage. Measure the voltage at the power supply panel and, if necessary, also in the electrical cabinet of the appliance.

What to do if the water flow rate through the condenser is too low in my Thermowell AIRJET?
    • J
      jasonsanchezAug 9, 2025
If the water flow rate through the condenser is too low, increase the water flow rate and/or check that the filter is not clogged.

What to do if one of the safety devices has tripped in Thermowell AIRJET?

      Matthew York DDSAug 14, 2025
If a safety device has tripped, it could be due to several reasons. Possible causes include interruptions of electrical connections (contact an authorised technician to restore the correct connection), low water flow (increase water flow rate), low temperature of the water entering the evaporator (increase incoming water temperature), a defective probe or instrument (check that the probe or measuring instrument is not defective), or a damaged compressor contactor (check the correct state of the contactor).

Why Thermowell AIRJET circuit does not start?
    • R
      Rebecca WatsonAug 25, 2025
A circuit might not start because one of the safety devices has tripped (Low Pressure switch, High Pressure switch, Protection against phase reversal, or Antifreeze). See symptom 2 'One of the following safety devices has tripped'. Another reason could be that the timing period for preventing close restarts has not yet elapsed; the circuit can only be restarted after about 3 minutes.
