Detach the waste holding tank from the toilet unit.
Detach the bracket holding the toilet bowl.
Detach retaining clip and remove old valve assembly.
Fit new valve, slide clamp over tube, push tube onto valve.
Route tubing around bowl and bring tube back into position.
Push bowl inner assembly back and rotate retainer.
Place the waste holding tank back into the toilet unit.
Use sharp object to carefully peel back existing overlay.
Remove old overlay and apply new overlay to the toilet.
Locate overlay, peel it back, and unclip control panel from housing.
Unclip panel, note wire position, replace, clip back, and replace overlay.
Drain water tank, remove waste tank and fuse.
Locate pump housing, remove pump, disconnect flush tube.
Cut faulty cable, strip wires to expose bare cable.
Crimp new cable, reconnect flush tube to pump.
Reconnect tube, replace pump, fuse, add water, and test.
Remove waste tank, locate reed switch, pull it away from housing.
Replace reed switch, ensure correct insertion into wiring harness.
Remove waste-holding tank, locate and remove reed switch housing.
Remove cable, use hot melt for housing, place cable back, press switch.
Turn drain to the outside.
Place screwdriver, push drain loose, take off, press new drain on.
Turn pour out spout anti-clockwise and take it out.
Place new pour out spout and turn clockwise into position.
Remove waste holding-tank.
Rotate mechanism anti-clockwise using sliding cover as lever.
Remove retainer screws, press ribs, and remove blade arm.
Remove bushing, blade driver, and blade.
Follow assembly steps in reverse, noting retainer placement.
Rotate mechanism, take it out, and place upside down.
Remove seal, place new one, and follow assembly steps in reverse.
Locate sliding cover, arrow, and solid dot on the tank.
Remove sliding cover and re-insert from opposite end.
Rotate mechanism, remove disc, and locate float housing.
Unclip and clip float back, ensuring fin position.
Replace mechanism, rotate back, return cover, fill tank, test.
Turn waste-holding tank upside down.
Place hand on side of wheel and pull it out.
Locate sliding cover, arrow, and solid dot on the tank.
Remove sliding cover and re-insert from opposite end.
Rotate mechanism and remove it.
Turn waste holding-tank upside down.
Place screwdriver under rib and take one rib out.
Place screwdriver in handle and push down to take it out.
Lift pull guide at end and remove spring.
Assemble new pull handle following steps in reverse.
Remove waste-holding tank and seat & cover.
Place screwdriver between bracket and bowl, push bracket left.
Remove brackets from front and back of toilet.
Pull bowl-inner loose from bowl outer.
Remove nozzle retainer followed by tube from nozzle.
Fit new nozzle and nozzle retainer.
Bring tube back, place bowl inner, and push onto bowl outer.
Assemble brackets and place seat & cover back.
Rotate mechanism, take it out, and place upside down.
Remove 3 screws out of retainer.
Press ribs, remove blade arm, driver, bushing, and blade.
Assemble new blade following steps in reverse.
Remove waste holding-tank.
Rotate mechanism anti-clockwise using sliding cover as lever.
Place screwdriver under plate, press it out, remove plate.
Turn float stem within holding tank using vent lifter.
Pull vent lifter to replace the spring.
Follow steps in reverse to assemble new float stem.
Remove waste-holding tank out of Cassette toilet.
Place screwdriver between bracket and bowl, push bracket left.
Remove bracket, place new one, push to lock.
Remove waste-holding tank out of Cassette toilet.
Pull vent plate loose, place new one, ensure pressed properly.
Remove waste-holding tank out of Cassette toilet.
Remove screw, screw new saddle in, check gear wheel alignment.
Remove waste holding-tank out of toilet.
Place screwdriver and lift handle grip cover up.
Press ribs and take handle off.
Place new handle grip cover.
Remove waste-holding tank, locate and remove reed switch housing.
Remove cable, use hot melt for housing, place cable back, press switch.
Rotate mechanism, locate float housing, unclip and clip float.
Replace mechanism, rotate back, fill tank, test.
Remove waste tank, locate vent plate, remove filter and foam.
Remove screws/cover, disconnect fan wire.
Disconnect/connect blocks, connect new part, press vent plate correctly.
Ensure fresh water tank is drained.
Remove waste holding tank, pull out drain tube, drain fresh water.
Refit tank, flush, empty bowl, remove tank.
Squeeze clips, slide down pipe, pull water pipe off spigot.
Fit clips onto new tube, push fully, squeeze tabs to secure.
Place end of drain tube alongside original tube behind bracket.
Remove the POD from the ceramic bowl assembly.
Remove screws holding service cover and detach it.
Position seat and cover, fix with tape to the bowl.
Place toilet upside down, fill space between bowl and ribs with hot melt.
Reassemble service cover, pod, and remove tape.
