  If your ThinkGizmos Ice Maker cycle is running normally but no ice is being produced, it could be due to a few reasons. The ambient temperature or the water temperature in the inner tank might be too high. Ensure the ice maker operates below 30°C and use colder water in the tank. If this doesn't solve the issue, refrigerant liquid leakage or a blocked pipe in the cooling system could be the cause and you should have it verified by a qualified technician.
