MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
DISPOSAL
How to Clean the Soda Maker
1. Wipe the head of the machine with a wet cloth and, if necessary, with mild
detergent. Do not use any corrosive detergent.
2. Use water (not warmer than 45°C ) to wash the bottle regularly.
3. If not using the bottle for a certain period, keep the cap off to keep the
interior thoroughly dry. The ambient temperature for bottle storage must be
not higher than 40°C.
4. It is suggested to wash the bottle interior with clean water and to dry it up
completely after each use.
Considerations
1. When making sparkling water, avour ingredients can be added to the
water. However, the bottle should be rinsed with water after nishing the
operation before being thoroughly dried in order to avoid corrosion, safety
risks, or the tube being stuck because of ingredients remaining in the bottle.
2. Do not use avour ingredients that have large particles or are very sticky.
Very sticky liquids will produce foam when mixed with CO
2
, spilling out along
with the gas when pressure is released.
3. When the CO
2
pressure in the bottle reaches 0.78MPa (the maximum
pressure in the bottle), a pressure relief protection will be triggered - you
will hear the sound of excess CO
2
releasing, meaning some gas is spilling
out. When this occurs, stop pressing the Carbonating button or CO
2
will be
wasted.
4. If you do not hear the sound, there may not be enough gas in the cylinder -
change to a new cylinder.
5. Using ice water will produce tastier drinks. We suggest chilling your water
before adding it to the bottle.
