    • O
      Olivia KnightAug 18, 2025
First, ensure the plug is properly inserted and that there is an electricity supply. If that's not the issue, check if the board is in the “OFF” position and press the ON-OFF switch. If the display still doesn't turn on, it could be an internal electrical fault. In this case, unplug the system, turn the valve to the "By-pass" position, and contact the assistance service.

    • J
      Jaime GoodwinAug 23, 2025
If your system is producing little water and the dishwasher displays an "A1" alarm, the filter might be clogged. Check the pressure downstream of the filter and replace it if necessary. Also, verify that the bypass valve is in the “OPEN” position. If the issue persists, unplug the system, turn the valve to "By-pass" and call the assistance service, as the pump, membranes or the solenoid valve might be damaged.

Remove any ¾ " attacks and transparent caps. 4. Check the inlet pressure upstream of the device. 5. Inspect the filter for clogs and replace if needed. 6. Ensure inlet water pipes are not bent or crushed. If the problem continues, unplug the system, turn the valve to "By-pass" and call the assistance service, as it could be a solenoid/faulty card issue.
