What to do if my thomann Remus QuadZoom 610 has no response to the DMX controller?

If your thomann Lighting Equipment is in DMX mode and a DMX controller is connected and turned on, the first digit ‘d’ of the display should be flashing. If it isn't, ensure that the DMX controller is switched on and verify the DMX connections and cables for proper connection. If the display is not flashing but there is still no response, check the address settings and the DMX polarity. Try using another DMX controller. Also, check whether the DMX cables run near or parallel to high-voltage cables that may cause damage or interference to a DMX interface circuit.
