7 Troubleshooting
In the following we list a few common problems that may occur during operation. We give you
some suggestions for easy troubleshooting:
Symptom Remedy
The LED does not light up.
Check that the device is correctly connected to the
mains.
Password forgotten Reset the device to factory defaults.
Reset not possible Press and hold [RST] for at least 10 seconds. The reset
was successful when all LEDs are ashing.
