If your thomann Microphone system produces no sound, verify the power supply of both the transmitter and receiver. Ensure that the transmitter and receiver are set to the same channel. Check the connection between the transmitter and the connected audio device (such as an amplifier or mixer) to confirm it's properly connected, turned on, and that the signal level at the output matches the transmitter's input requirements. Also, test if sound transmission improves by moving the receiver closer to the transmitter.
