  Granulate may fall out of the THOMAS DÖRR Sander for several reasons. If the granulate is too wet, its volume increases, causing it to escape through the screen holes. Ensure the specified heat-up period is observed to allow water to evaporate. Let cutlery drip dry before inserting it into the machine. If the machine was turned off immediately after polishing, let it run for 30 minutes to dry the granulate. Replace the granulate, considering the heating and drying procedures. If the issue persists, some granulate may need to be removed, or the axial fan may not be working correctly. Additionally, the spoon's form may contribute to granulate falling out.

  If you notice granulate dust particles on the cutlery, it could be due to fresh granulate initially causing more dust deposits. Try heating up the granulate as required, then add 4-5 shot glasses of water into the machine's feed chute. Also, if the cutlery is smeary, causing granulate dust to stick, wash the cutlery by hand, rinse thoroughly, and reinsert it into the cutlery polisher. If the polishing results are good after doing so, then there was too much dishwashing detergent in the dishwasher. In that case, contact your dishwasher service technician to reduce the dishwashing detergent or rinsing agent dose.

Why is my THOMAS DÖRR TD 3000L M14 cutlery not transported out of the machine?

  If the cutlery is not being transported correctly out of the machine, it may be due to an insufficient quantity of granulate. Replace the granulate with original Dörr polishing granulate, using exactly one filling. If this happens often, the granulate may be swelled up. In this case, switch off the machine, open the top cover and, if necessary, also the cover sheet, and remove the cutlery.
