Problem
Little or no air
flow.
Possible cause
Diaphragm protective
switch activated.
Diaphragm damaged, or
external impact.
Diaphragm protective
switch design by model:
• LP-80HN
• LP-100H
• LP-120H
• LW-200
• LW-240
Solution
Disconnect power.
Remove housing via
4 screws on tank.
Protective switch activated as
below. (Photo 6) Turn to non-
activated position using a
screwdriver (Photo 7).
Either turning left or right.
A noticeable 'click' can be heard /
felt when the non-activated position
is reached.
If the diaphragm is damaged
(Repetition triggering of
diaphragm protective switch)
service pump by trained service
personnel!
