2,000 LUX is the day value.

b. Choice of location
Avoid exposure to high variations in temperature
and direct sunlight. Never install close to a water
supply or sink! Do not install the detector close
to air conditioning or heating systems. Choose
your location carefully so that nothing can hinder
detection and so that the infrared sensor works
properly. Avoid obstacles – the detection eld
must be free.
