normal operational state.
3.7 4-way valve fault protection
Judgment based on the entire process when the unit runs in heating mode (after 4-way
valve is connected to power);
When THo2
average
(IDU in operation) -10°C for 3 minutes or THo2
average
(IDU in operation)
5°C for 10 minutes, the unit will automatically turn off and send alarms of abnormal
4-way valve; the unit will restart after 3 minutes. If error is reported 3 times in 2 hours, the
unit automatically turns off to prevent damages.
Whole-process protection available for any unit in defrosting mode or oil return process
during heating mode.
Heating mode:
When pressure difference within a module < 5 Bar for 10 minutes (timing starts after
switched to 4-way valve), insufficient pressure difference alarm will be triggered:
When pressure difference > 5 Bar or error lasts for 5 minutes, fault is cleared; if error lasts
for 10 minutes, the system enters standby mode.
Cooling mode:
When pressure difference within a module < 5 Bar for 10 minutes (timing starts after the
platform operates), insufficient pressure difference alarm will be triggered:
When pressure difference > 5 Bar or error lasts for 5 minutes, fault is cleared; after
10 minutes, the system recovers to normal operation.
