open the pack supplied and check the contents against the
parts and fittings check list.
Do not destroy any of the packaging until you are certain
that you have all the necessary parts for the assembly.
Please ensure that the packaging is disposed of in a safe
environmentally friendly way.
CAUTION: There are small components used in the
construction of this unit. These loose items should be kept
away from young children during assembly, to avoid the
danger of choking.

Bed Assembly - Use Pack 'A'

Stage 1

Connect headboard, footboard, and side panels using bolts and washers. Loosely tighten.

Stage 2

Attach angle brackets, fit slat frame support rail, square the bed, and tighten bolts.

Slat Frame Assembly - Use Pack 'B'

Stage 4

Assemble the metal slat frame, attaching the cross bar and metal plates.

Stage 5

Fit gas-lift piston stems onto axles and secure with lock-nuts, ensuring a small gap.

Stage 6

Lift and attach the slat frame to support bars, loosely securing with bolts.

Stage 7

Lay the frame down, ensure even gaps, and tighten all bolt sets securely.

Final Fitting and Operation

Stage 8

Caution on storing items under the bed to prevent slat damage; max storage height 185mm.

Stage 9

Insert mattress stoppers and test the ottoman lift mechanism.
