ABOUT THE DQ-D01 DIGITAL I/O MODULE
This supplementary manual explains the operation of the optional DQ-D01 Digital I/O Module when using it in
conjunction with the DP-0206 Digital Processor. Please also refer to the instruction manual for the DQ-D01.
Input Level Indicator (DP-0206 Instruction Manual, p. 6)
When the DQ-D01 is used in Input mode, the DP-0206's Input Level Indicator lights as follows:
RED: Input signal level exceeds –6 dB*.
GREEN: Input signal level is greater than –72* dB but less than –6 dB*.
OFF: Input signal level is less than –72 dB*.
Flashing ORANGE: Incorrect AES/EBU signal input.
→ Check that the output equipment is correctly connected, or that the
connected equipment is correctly providing an AES/EBU signal.
ORANGE or flashing RED: The DQ-D01 Module is inserted into the wrong slot.
→ Reinsert the module correctly.
* 0 dB = Digital full scale level
Output Level Indicator (DP-0206 Instruction Manual, p. 6)
When the DQ-D01 is used in Output mode, the DP-0206's Output Level Indicator lights as follows:
RED: Output signal level exceeds –6 dB*.
GREEN: Output signal level is greater than –72* dB but less than –6 dB*.
OFF: Output signal level is less than –72 dB*.
Flashing ORANGE: Output signal is muted.
ORANGE or flashing RED: The DQ-D01 Module is inserted into the wrong slot.
→ Reinsert the module correctly.
