Spark plug
1. Remove the plug cap, and remove the spark plug.
2. Use a wire brush or spark plug cleaner, clean the electrode
of the spark plug.
3. Check the spark plug for excessive carbon deposits,
electrode erosion and check the washer for damage.
4. Measure the spark plug gap. If the gap is out of
specification, replace the spark plug with the specified
spark plug.
If necessary, adjust the gap to the specification.
･ Spark plug gap : 0.6-0.7 mm (0.02 ~ 0.03 in)
･ Spark plug : NGK B7HS
5. After assembling the spark plug, as far as by hand ,
using a plug wrench further tightening, tighten to the
specified toque .
･ Tightening torque : 24.5~29.4 Nm
