Refill with fresh 87+ octane stabilizer treated unleaded gasoline, avoiding fuel with more than 10% ethanol (E15, E20, E85, etc.). * For a cold engine, ensure the choke is in the START position. Other potential causes include using low-quality or old gasoline, a carburetor that hasn't been primed, dirty fuel passageways, a stuck carburetor needle (you might smell fuel), too much fuel in the chamber due to a sticking carburetor needle, or a clogged fuel filter.
