You'll notice that the Attenuation dial is split into two ranges at the left side of the
knob. The Range switch selects between these two ranges, as follows:
Range Switch: 0-30db setting
The attenuation values shown at left in
red are available when the Range switch
is in the 0-30db position.
Range Switch: 0-40db setting
The attenuation values shown at left in
red are available when the Range switch
is in the 0-40db position.
