SPECIFICATIONS & WARRANTY
Limited Warranty
TONEMAC Technology Co., Ltd (“TONEMAC”) warrants this product against defects in material or
workmanship for the periods and as set forth below when purchased directly from TONEMAC or
TONEMAC Retailer. Under this Limited Warranty, TONEMAC will, at its opon, (i) repair the product using
new or refurbished parts or (ii) replace the product with a new or refurbished product. For purposes of this
Limited Warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been returned to its original
specificaons. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies.
FCC Warning Statement
Changes or modificaons not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the
user’s authority to operate the equipment. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the
limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to
provide reasonable protecon against harmful interference in a residenal installaon. This equipment
generates uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with
the instrucons, may cause harmful interference to radio communicaons. However, there is no
guarantee that interference will not occur in a parcular installaon. If this equipment does cause harmful
interference to radio or television recepon, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and
on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
-- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
-- Increase the separaon between the equipment and receiver.
--Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
-- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operaon is subject to the following two condions:
(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference
received, including interference that may cause undesired operaon.
The device has been evaluated to meet general RF exposure requirement.
For 1 year from the original date of purchase of the product (“Labor Warranty”), TONEMAC will, at its
opon, repair or replace with a new or refurbished product, the product determined to be defecve.
This warranty is not transferable. This warranty does not apply in cases of abuse or misuse of the product,
use contrary to TONEMAC’s instrucon, ordinary wear, and tear, an act of God, negligent use, purchase
from a party other than TONEMAC or a TONEMAC-authorized reseller, unauthorized repair, or
modificaon of the product.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE
HEREBY DISCLAIMED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS AND, TO THE
EXTENT NOT PERMITTED, ARE HEREBY LIMITED TO THE DURATION AND TERMS OF THIS
WARRANTY. TONEMAC ALSO HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Some states do not allow limitaons on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitaon
of incidental or consequenal damages, so the above limitaon may not apply to you. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
This warranty does not restrict the rights of the consumer mandated under applicable laws.
TONEMAC hereby declares that this product is in compliance with the essenal
requirements and other relevant provisions of Direcve 2014/53/EU and all other
applicable EU direcve requirements.
