The BRXR300ERGO is an exercise bike that allows users to engage in cardiovascular workouts. It operates with a single-track EMS flywheel, providing a smooth and consistent pedaling experience. The console serves as the central control unit, offering different workout modes and displaying real-time exercise data. Users can adjust the resistance level to suit their fitness goals. The bike also includes handlebar pulse sensors for heart rate monitoring and a body fat measurement function. For enhanced interactivity, the console is compatible with the iConsole+ app via Bluetooth, allowing users to connect their tablets or mobile devices for an expanded workout experience and charging.

Usage Features:

  • Pre-assembly Notes: Users are advised to inventory all parts and contact the dealer if any are missing.
  • Work Area: A large enough, clear space is required for assembly and unobstructed operation.
  • Assembly Instructions: Detailed step-by-step instructions are provided for assembly, including attaching stabilizers, upright post, console, handlebars, pedals, saddle, and back cushion.
  • Power On: Plug in the power supply; the computer will power on and display all segments on the LCD for 2 seconds. The console enters power-saving mode after 4 minutes without pedaling or pulse input. Any key press wakes it up.
  • Workout Selection: Users can select workout programs (Manual, Beginner, Advance, Sporty, Cardio, Watt) using UP and DOWN keys.
  • Manual Mode: Start workout from the main menu. Users can preset TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, PULSE, and adjust the load level.
  • Beginner Mode: Select Beginner mode, preset TIME, and adjust the load level.
  • Advance Mode: Select Advance mode, preset TIME, and adjust the load level.
  • Sporty Mode: Select Sporty mode, preset TIME, and adjust the load level.
  • Cardio Mode (H.R.C.): Select H.R.C. mode, choose target heart rate percentage (55%, 75%, 90%) or TAG (default: 100), preset workout TIME.
  • Watt Mode: Select WATT mode, preset WATT target (default: 120), preset TIME, and adjust Watt level.
  • START/STOP Button: Starts or stops the workout.
  • RESET Button: Reverses to the main menu.
  • UP(+) / DOWN(-) Buttons: Adjusts optional training mode and values.
  • MODE/ENTER Button: Confirms settings in STOP mode.
  • RECOVERY Function: After exercising, hold hand grips and press RECOVERY. The console displays heart rate recovery status (F1-F6, F1 being best).
  • BODY FAT Function: In STOP mode, press BODY FAT to start measurement. Users hold hand grips for 8 seconds. The LCD displays BODY FAT advice, percentage, and BMI for 30 seconds. Error codes "E-1" (no heart rate signal/incorrect grip) and "E-4" (FAT% exceeds range 5.0%-50%) are displayed if issues occur.
  • iConsole+ App: Connects to tablets/mobile devices via Bluetooth. Allows for expanded workout features and charging via a USB port.
  • Workout Tips: Users should place feet completely inside pedals, adjust resistance, and minimize resistance before stopping at high speed to avoid injury. The machine should be on a flat floor with enough workout space.
  • General Fitness Tips: Start slowly, increase sessions weekly, begin with short periods, and gradually increase. Incorporate other exercises like jogging, swimming, dancing, or cycling.
  • Pulse Monitoring: Regularly check pulse; if no instrument, consult a GP. Determine personal exercise frequency range based on age and fitness level.
  • Breathing and Hydration: Breathe regularly and calmly. Drink 2-3 liters of water daily, increasing with physical strain.
  • Clothing: Wear light, comfortable clothing and sports shoes. Avoid loose clothing that could get caught.
