Summary

Assembly Step 1

Attach Uprights to Cross Bar

Connect Left/Right Uprights (01 & 02) to Cross Bar (03) using Hex Bolts (49), Flat Washers (58), and Nylon Nuts (56).

Attach Adjustment Uprights and Safety Hooks

Insert Adjustment Uprights (04) with Knob Bolt (41) and attach Safety Hooks (44 & 45).

Assembly Step 2

Attach Front Upright to Main Frame

Connect Front Upright (06) to Main Frame (05) using Hex Bolts (52), Flat Washers (58), and Nylon Nut (56).

Attach Main Frame to Cross Bar

Connect Main Frame (05) to Cross Bar (03) using Hex Bolt (50), Flat Washers (58), Nylon Nut (56), and Knob Bolt (42).

Assembly Step 3

Attach Seat Adjustment Bar and Seat Tube

Connect Seat Adjustment Bar (14) to Seat Tube (12) and Main Frame (05).

Attach Seat to Seat Tube

Connect Seat (24) to Seat Tube (12) using Hex Bolts (53) and Flat Washers (59).

Attach Backrest Adjustment Bar and Tube

Attach Backrest to Backrest Tube

Assembly Step 4

Attach Leg Extension to Support

Attach Leg Extension Assembly

Attach Arm Curl to Tube

Insert Arm Curl Tube

Thread Lat Tower Cable

Attach Pulley and Covers
