      If the Low Water icon on your TOPPIN Humidifier is flashing after 3 beeps, it indicates low water. Unplug the unit and refill the tank. Also, check if there’s water in the tank, and if the water level in the chamber is up to the Low Water Sensor. If it is, the pump may be broken.

      If water is accumulating outside your TOPPIN Humidifier, it could be due to saturation of humidity. Try lowering the mist control setting. Alternatively, the unit might not be level. Unplug it and place it on a level surface, raising it 2-3 feet off the floor on a water-resistant surface.
