DrainingtheHydraulic

1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthecutting
units,settheparkingbrake,turntheengineoffand
removethekeyfromtheignitionswitch
2.Drainthehydraulicoilfromthereservoirintoalarge
cleancontainer.RefertotheOperator’sManualfor
thedrainingprocedure.
Important:Takecarenottocontaminateoilif
youaregoingtoreuseit.Averysmallamount
ofdirtordebriscanseverelydamagehydraulic
system.

Procedure
1.Disconnectandremovethe(2)hydraulichoses
securedtotherearwheelmotorttingsandthe
bulkheadttings(Figure1).
2.Looselyinstalltheshorterhydraulichose(119–3557)
tothepumphoseassembly(lowerbulkhead)andto
theupperwheelmotortting(Figure1).

Note:Beforeinstallinganyhydraulicttingsor
hoses,makesurethecorrectO-ringsareinposition
andlubricatedwithhydraulicoil.
3.Looselyinstallthelongerhydraulichose(119–3558)
tothehydraulichardline(upperbulkhead)andto
thebottomwheelmotortting(
Figure1).
4.Adjustthehosesandttingssothehosesarenot
twistedorkinked.Makesuretheyarepositionedas
showninFigure1.
Note:Thehosesmustnotcontactthetireorthe
rim.
