      If your Toro Tractor isn't driving in one direction, it could be due to a bent or broken control pedal, a bent or binding control pedal rod, a sheared control arm roll pin, or directional valves that are sticking or have broken springs. You should replace the bent or broken control pedal, inspect and straighten or replace the control pedal rod, replace the sheared control arm roll pin and clean or replace directional valves and springs.

      If your Toro Tractor is experiencing low power in only one direction, the potential causes include: incorrect oil level, a bent or binding control pedal or shaft, a bent or binding control rod, a control arm that is not secure on the shaft, a worn swash plate, or a damaged output pinion or differential assembly. Check and correct the oil level. Inspect and repair the control pedal or shaft. Inspect and replace the control rod. Ensure the control arm is secure on the shaft. Repair or replace the swash plate and inspect and repair or replace the damaged assembly.

      If your Toro Tractor creeps in neutral, it could be due to a neutral adjustment eccentric out of position, a bent or binding control pedal, a damaged swash plate control lever pin, failed swash plate cradle bearings, damaged ball and socket, or a failed neutral return spring. Adjust the neutral adjustment eccentric. Inspect and repair the control pedal. Replace the damaged or worn swash plate control lever pin. Replace the failed or worn swash plate cradle bearings. Inspect and replace damaged or worn ball and socket. Replace the failed or out of position neutral return spring.

      There are several reasons why your Toro Tractor might not drive. It could be due to: an incorrect oil level, a faulty or misadjusted drive belt, the push valve being in the wrong position, the parking brake being engaged, a problem with the control pedal linkage, sheared or missing pulleys, a sheared or missing wheel hub key, a stuck push valve or broken spring, damage to internal components, or a damaged pinion shaft or differential assembly. You should check and correct the oil level, inspect and replace or adjust the drive belt, move the push valve to the correct position, disengage the parking brake. Also, tighten, repair, or replace the control pedal linkage. Inspect and replace any sheared or missing pulleys. Check and replace the wheel hub key. Repair or replace the stuck push valve...
