After the rst 10
operating hours
• Check the alternator belt tension.
• Torque the frame mounting bolts.
• Torque wheel lug nuts.
After the rst 50
operating hours
• Change the mower deck gear box lubricant
• Change the engine oil and lter.
After the rst 200
operating hours
• Change the hydraulic oil and lter.
Before each use or daily
• Test the safety system.
• Check the engine oil level.
• Check the engine coolant level.
• Clean the radiator with compressed air (do not use water)
• Check the hydraulic uid level.
• Check the mower blades.
• Clean the mower deck.
Every 50 hours
• Grease the bearing and bushing grease ttings.
• Check battery cable connections.
• Check the tire pressure.
• Check the condition of the blade drive belts on the mower deck.
Every 150 hours
• Check the lubricant in the mower deck gear box.
• Change the engine oil and lter.
Every 200 hours
• Inspect cooling system hoses and seals. Replace them if cracked or torn.
• Check the alternator belt tension.
• Torque wheel lug nuts.
Every 400 hours
• Change the mower deck gear box lubricant
• Service the air cleaner.
• Replace the fuel lter canister.
• Replace the fuel pre-lter.
• Check the fuel lines and connections.
Every 800 hours
• Change the hydraulic oil and lter.
• Inspect engine valve clearance. Refer to your Engine Operator’s Manual.
Every 1,500 hours
• Replace moving hoses
Every 2 years
• Drain and clean the fuel tank.
• Flush and replace cooling system uid.
• Replace safety switches.
