Choke Cable Replacement
Choke Cable Removal
1. Remove the bolt and cable clamp securing the
choke cable to the engine throttle plate (Fig. 0802).

2. Remove the “Z” bend of the choke cable from the
engine choke arm (Fig. 0803).

3. Cut the cable tie securing the choke cable to the
frame, then pull the cable rearward from the frame
(Fig. 0804).

4. Remove the nut securing the choke cable to the
control panel (Fig. 0805).
