17. Remove the shoulder bolts, washers, and nuts
securing the LH and RH lift links to the deck (Fig.
0278).

18. Loosen the cable clamp securing the choke cable to
the engine throttle plate, then remove the cable from
the clamp (Fig. 0279).

19. Remove the “Z” bend from the engine choke lever
(Fig. 0280).

20. Loosen the cable clamp securing the throttle cable to
the engine throttle plate, then remove the cable from
