Connect W ire Harness
1. Secure clutch and engine in–line wire connectors
(Fig. 6).
2. Secure remaining wires to one of three holes in
frame, at rear of engine, with self-tapping screw
and star washer (Fig. 6).
3. Secure wire harness to fuel line (above fuel
filter) with cable tie (Fig. 6).
4. Secure wire harness and throttle to upper handle
with cable tie (Fig. 6)



Install Control Rods
1. Thread rod fittings equal distance onto each
control rod. For a starting point thread on
approximately 2 in. (51 mm) (Fig. 7).
2. Slide clevis pins through rod fittings and
mounting holes in idler brackets (from outside)
(Fig. 7). Secure with washers and hairpin cotters
(Fig. 7).
