      If your Toro Lawn Mower engine won't start, starts hard, or fails to keep running, try the following: fill the fuel tank, open the fuel valve, move the choke lever to On, clean or replace the air cleaner element, install the wire(s) on the spark plug, install a new, correctly gapped spark plug(s), replace the fuel filter, drain the tank and replace the fuel with the proper type, or add oil to the crankcase. If the problem persists, contact an Authorized Service Dealer.
