Why is my Toro Spreader leaking hydraulic fluid?

If the conveyer belt and/or brush does not function, verify the following: * Ensure the solenoid wiring is providing 12 V by checking the fuse and electrical connections. * Check the hand control switch for wear or damage, testing for continuity and the diode in the electrical solenoid connector. * Confirm the hydraulic motors/pumps are turning by inspecting the wheel-drive chain. * Examine the conveyer belt tension to ensure it is properly adjusted, because the conveyer belt can slip.
