I.- INTRODUCTION
Congratulations! You have acquired a meat grinder, which is made of high quality long lasting
materials that should give you years of trouble free operation and durable service. Before you
unpack your new unit, please, read completely this manual.
IMPORTANT!: It is of vital importance that you OR any person that will operate this unit thor-
oughly read this manual.
This equipment should be connected to a connection with thermal protection and properly
grounded. The cable tie used is "Y" type, if it is damaged, it must be replaced by authorized and
qualified personnel to avoid any risk.
The appliance is not be used by persons (including children) with reduced physi-
cal, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have given supervision or instruction. Children being supervised not play with
the appliance.
Never perform service, cleaning or maintenance on this unit while connected to a
power source.
Never use hands or fingers to feed products directly into the bowl area, always use
the pusher included in the equipment.
Do not leave the machine unattended while in operation & turn it off when it is not
being used.
WARNING!:
This meat grinder is designed to cut food products and if it is not used and
maintained properly for optimum safety, it could become dangerous.
