CHAPTER 7 NETWORK SURVEILLANCE
7-1 IE SETUP
(1) Prework: Before you use, make sure you have enabled the active X program to
download and run on your computer. Please note that some anti-virus program may
block the connection. If this happens, we suggest you to use the AP (remote desktop)
for surveillance. (See Section 7-2)
Enable Active X: In your IE, choose “Tools”, and go to “Internet Options”. The
window below will appear. Choose “Security”, select Custom level, and configure the
activeX conditions as below.
Deactivate the Anti-Virus Program: Please deactivate the web page protection in
your antivirus program.
(2) Login DVR with IE
Step One：Enter the IP address of DVR in IE browser. Here you may choose to setup
IE remote or download the AP software.
Please configure these two conditions as
“Enable” or “Prompt”.
