 Append recording

The appended forwarding comment plays after the
already recorded message comment. The system
prompts you to record at the beep.
 Select Additional
Destinations
Send the forwarded message to additional
destinations. Valid entries:
8VHU,', ,  and .
You cannot enter
 Multiple Destinations.
 Special Delivery
Options
You can send a message as urgent, private, or with a
return receipt request. The settings can be used in any
combination and changed prior to sending the
message.

instructions on using this option.
 Set Future Delivery
You can have your message delivered at a future
specified time and date. See “Future Delivery” on
page 44 for instructions on using this option.

Cancel message and
select new destination
Cancels the message and returns you to Step 2 on page
37.

Cancel and Return to
the Main Menu
Cancels the message and returns you to the Main
Menu.
