On Windows Server 2012 R2
When your PC’s OS is Windows Server 2012 R2, you should install “Microsoft.Net
Framework 2.0/3.5” into your PC as below.
<1> Click ‘Server Manager’ icon on the
task bar.
<2> In the ‘Dashboard’ and choose
‘Add Roles and Features’ of
‘Manage’ menu.
