“Security Settings” → “Local Policies” →
“Security Options” and select
“Accounts: Limit local account use of blank
passwords to console logon only”.
<4> Select “Disabled” and then click [OK].
<5> Likewise, select “Network access: Sharing and
security model for local accounts”.
<6> Select “Classic – local users authenticate
as themselves” and then click [OK]
