Reposition the air outlet
cover to align with the
groove on the water tank.
Wipe excess water with
a soft cloth.
Decrease the mist volume
via the control knob or
use an air conditioner/fan
to increase air circulation.
The mist is not scattering completely
or cannot be absorbed by the air due
to poor air circulation or high ambient
humidity level.
The unit has been placed on an
unstable surface.
Relocate the unit to a flat,
solid surface.
