non-road engine(herein
"engine") has been designedbuiltand equipped to conform at
the time of initial sale to all applicable regulations of the U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency(EPA)and that the engine is free of defects in materials and workmanship which
would cause this engine to fail to conform with EPA regulations during its warranty
period
For the components listed under PARTS COVEREDthe service dealer authorized by
us willat no cost to youmake the necessary diagnosisrepairor replacement
necessary to ensure that the engine complies with applicable U.S. EPA regulations
EMISSlON COMPONENT DEFECT WARRANTY PERIOD
The warranty period for this engine begins on the date of sale to the initial purchaser
and continues for a period of 2 years
