Operation and commissioning
Unpack
Unpack carefully and check for completeness:
• pressure washer
• spray lance
• suction hose
• Mesh bag for transport
• Detergent nozzle and container
Start up
In accordance with current regulations, a pressure washer must never be operated
outside the drinking water supply network without a controllable non-return valve. A
suitable non-return device in accordance with EN 12729 type BA.
Water that has passed through a backflow prevention device is classified as non-potable.
A non-return device is available in specialized stores.
A system separator (check valve) prevents backflow of water and detergent into the
potable water line.
• Use a normal garden hose for the water intake and make sure it is long enough.
• Use the device in a domestic water connection with a maximum pressure of 5
bar.
