- Step-by-Step Setup:
- Unpack the unit and remove the power lead.
- Open the lid, pour normal tap water up to the fill level on the sight glass, and replace the lid.
- Connect either the 12-volt or AC converter lead to the rear of the unit and plug it into the appropriate power source (12-volt or mains).
- Ensure proper ventilation by opening a window, roof vent, or door.
- Turn on the unit and select the desired speed: 1, 2, 3, or Boost.

- Filter Replacement: Filters should be changed every 12 months. However, if the unit is used more frequently, or if cooling efficiency decreases, or the filter appears noticeably dirty, it may need changing sooner. Filters are bio-degradable. To replace, simply open the lid and pull the filter upwards.
- Draining Water: After each use, drain any remaining water from the Totalcool by tipping the unit forward and allowing water to run out of the front vents and top lid.
- Drying the Filter: When finished using the unit or before storing it for long periods, run the Totalcool with no water for approximately 30 minutes. This will dry out the filter and help prolong its life.

Totalcool Limited offers a 14-day no-quibble return policy for customers unsatisfied with their purchase. This policy does not affect statutory rights to a full refund within 30 days if the Totalcool proves faulty. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by a purchase receipt/invoice and a description of the reason for return. Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days after the unit and accessories have been inspected. Returns are not accepted at shows or exhibitions.
