If the TotalFlow Desktop µFLO is not responding to communication messages, here are a few things to check: * If you're using a manufactured cable, make sure the radio cable is fully connected. * If you're using a Field Termination Board, verify the wiring and jumper settings are correct. * Check that the battery pack voltage is greater than 11.9 Vdc. * Confirm that the ID number and security code are correct.
