Why doesn't my Toto EcoPower TEL3GSC faucet run?

  If the Toto Kitchen & Bath Fixtures faucet doesn't run, several issues could be at fault. First, the sensor surface might be dirty, or there could be an obstruction in front of the sensor; in either case, clean the sensor or remove the obstruction. Check that the stop valve is turned on. For EcoPower models, ensure the backup battery connector is connected and that the power generator and sensor connection are securely attached. Confirm that the water supply isn't suspended. Clean the strainer and spout nozzle if they're clogged. Replace dead batteries or install batteries if it's a battery-operated model.
