      If no liquid soap is coming out of your Toto Dispenser, several factors could be the cause. First, check for soap buildup on the dispenser tip or sensor surface and remove it. Ensure the sensor surface is clean and free from obstructions. Verify that the AC adapter is properly plugged into an outlet, and the connectors (white) are fully connected. Confirm that there isn't a power outage. Check that the tubes are securely connected and free from debris in the spout or inside. Make sure the liquid soap tank isn't empty and that you're using the recommended liquid soap.

      If hardly any soap is coming out of your Toto Dispenser, there might be a few reasons. Check the tubes for any kinks and straighten them out. Also, inspect the dispenser spout and inside tube for any debris and clean them if necessary. Lastly, ensure you are using the recommended liquid soap, as high-viscosity soap can cause this issue.

      If your Toto Dispenser isn't dispensing mousse, make sure the air-pump connector (green) and the air tube (blue) are pushed all the way into place.
