  If no soap is coming out of your Toto Dispenser, several factors could be responsible: * The soap tank might be low; if so, fill the tank with liquid soap. * There may be an obstruction in front of the sensor window; remove any obstructions. * The sensor window could be dirty; clean the sensor window. * The sensor window might be disconnected; ensure the cable is connected. * The power supply may be disconnected; connect the cable. * The tube could be disconnected; connect the tube.
