Handover
Tailor the Handover to the time available and level
of information the customer requires. If there is not
sucient time, schedule a follow up within one week.
The Handover checklist comprises a list of standard and
optional features that should be explained fully to the
customer. Refer the customer to the owner’s manual for
further detail if required.
The Handover checklist is split into two sections – the
Initial Phase Handover and the Physical Handover. You
should proactively explain the points in the checklist,
with attention to Corolla specic features:

– Spare tyre/Tyre repair kit and location of jack and tools
– Tyre Pressure Monitoring System
– Simple Intelligent Park Assist
