An Apple CarPlay connection might fail for several reasons. First, ensure your device supports Apple CarPlay and that it's enabled in your device settings. Also, in the general settings, check if “Apple CarPlay” is set to on. Use an Apple Inc. certified Lightning cable, securely connected directly to both your device and the USB port, without using a USB hub. After verifying these points, try establishing the Apple CarPlay connection again.
