1. Intheeventofamalfunctionordefect,DialogBroadbandNetworks
(Private)Limited(CompanyNo.PV261)(“Company”),shallatits
absolutediscretioneitherrepairorreplacethisRouter(withinaperiod
oftwelve(12)months)(extendablefor2-3yearsonextracost),the
Antenna(withinaperiodofsix(6)months)and12VEternalPower
Adapter(withinaperiodofsix(6)months)(collectively “Equipment”)
freeofchargefromthedatehereof.Repairandreplacementof
EquipmentshallbecarriedoutbytheCompanythereafteratacharge.
2. WhenacustomerreturnstheRouterforrepairorreplacement,customer
hastoreturntheAntennaandPowerAdapteralongwithRoutertoo.
3. TheCompanyshallnotberesponsibletorepairorreplacethe
Equipmentinthefollowingcircumstancesandintheeventthis
warrantyisnullandvoid:
a. TheEquipmentisusedorclaimedthebenefitofthiswarranty
outsideSriLanka;
