intheEquipmentorotherwisetamperwiththeEquipment;
c. IntheoptionoftheCompany,theEquipmenthasbeen
damagedthroughwearandtear,accident,misuse,neglect,
alteration,modification,repairsattemptedbyanyoneother
thananauthorizedagentoftheCompany,corrosion,dust,
unsuitableelectricitysupply,animalsorinsects,improperor
faultyinstallationorcausedbyprogram,data,virus,spyware,
Trojans,third-partysoftwareand/orotherfiles;
d. TheEquipmenthasbeendamagedbyanactofGod,war,fire,
hostility,floodwater,lightning,rain,oranyotherforce
majeureornaturalcircumstances.
4. AlldecisionsmadebytheCompanyinrespectoftherepairand
replacementoftheEquipmentshallbeconclusiveandtheCustomer
agreestobeboundbysuchdecisions.
