      If the battery charge lights are not illuminating on the Traffic & Access Solutions Control Systems control panel, first ensure the battery charger lead is securely connected to the rear of the 240V outlet located below the charger to the right. Next, check that the charging lead is securely connected to the 240V external outlet located to the left of the unit above the rear wheels. Also, verify that the charging lead is firmly connected to the power point and the power point is turned on. Finally, inspect the lead for any exposed wiring and ensure the lead's test and tag label is up to date; replace the lead if necessary.
